• New home and lock screen
• Pseudo multitasking
• Interface updates from iPad's iPhone OS 3.2
• Resolution independence
• Focus on universal apps
• iWork for iPhone
• iBooks for iPhone
• iAds, a revolutionary advertising platform
• Springboard wallpaper, rotation
• Terrain view in maps.app
• Dictionary and spellcheck
• More gestures, to remove the home button from future models.
• Better BT support, audio & keyboards

No hardware. No mention of Intrisity. No video chat. No openness. No unapproved apps. No "one more thing". Free update for iPhone 3G, 3G(S), and iPad. $5 for iPod touch. No app developers on stage. Release at WWDC.
